Private Yoga & Guided Meditation — Virtual or In Person 

Private Yoga and Guided Meditation sessions are offered as part of the Priestess Pathway, supporting embodied wisdom, nervous system regulation, and sacred self-connection. These one-on-one sessions are intuitively guided and personalized, honoring your body, energy, and spiritual journey. Sessions are available in person at Cosmic Connections in Nashville or virtually via Zoom, allowing you to choose the format that best supports your needs and schedule. You may select a 30 or 45 minute session at checkout. During booking, simply note whether you prefer yoga or meditation—or email me directly at [email protected] so we can co-create a session aligned with your intentions, body, and Priestess path. Each session weaves together movement, breath, rest, and intuitive guidance to help you return to your inner authority, restore balance, and embody your sacred feminine wisdom. Private Gentle Yoga offers one-on-one, personalized support designed to meet your body exactly where it is. Practiced at your own pace, private sessions create a safe, nurturing space for comfort, healing, and gentle strength.
